Companies make inquires of their prospective employees regarding felony convictions, not misdemeanor charges.
Although I agree with what most of what you expressed to the fascists-in-training, the line you crossed was when you started talking about how they should all be exterminated. When the police showed up to break up the ruckus, they may have talked to someone else on the scene and/or involved who told them that you used words like that & thus, they took you away instead of just letting you go on your way.
