The Trump camp should drop any attacks on Biden's character. Rightly or wrongly, they aren't landing.

On the other hand, while COVID might on the surface look like the last issue they'd want to campaign on, after the last debate it's clear that Biden is emphasising a safety-first attitude to lockdowns whereas Trump is now pushing to lift them asap for the sake of jobs and the economy. A divisive issue for sure, but I can see a significant number of undecideds edging towards Trump's approach, especially small business owners or those whose jobs are increasingly at risk the longer the lockdowns continue, even if they're less than impressed with how he's handled the health-side of the crisis.
