Plus, RT, Joan Shelley, Cowboy Junkies... And what appears to be an otherwise unreleased Dylan song altogether - are you kidding me? As far as I know he's done only two songs which approximate that title: "It's Too Late" and "You're Too Late", both covers, and both only performed live (three times the former and only once the latter). I think this is a different tune. Wow.
