John Kirby and other officials are calling the Russian move "unsafe, unprofessional and reckless" - a way of condemning it without saying stupid shit like "FIRE AND FURY THE LIKES OF WHICH WAAHHH!!!". (Well, actually, Drumpf would have probably apologized to the Kremlin and called the Pentagon incompetent.)
