I need to bring this up, cuz its odd.
Albini was notorious for not allowing his music on streaming, Spotify specifically. He railed against this countless times in interviews.
A few days before he passed, press releases announced that the new Shellac album was coming out, and that all the Albini music would be on all streaming platforms, as if some contract was signed somewhere, and Albini was now cool with it all.
Two weeks later, all the shellac, Big Black,and Rapeman stuff is on Spotify.
