I kick puppies, mow down non-Caucasians, clog windshield wipers with "Jesus Saves" flyers, and assault the general public with cheap cotton blends.

I really don't see what's got your panties in a bunch. Do I acknowledge that you know your shit? Sure. I've expressed admiration for that on several occasions. What I do not agree with, however, is your assertion that the entirety of humanity wallows day in, day out in their burning desire to be you.
Sometimes people counter you because they simply disagree with your viewpoints. This is not a new phenomenon. It happens all the time. Really, it does!
So whether it's paranoia or wishful thinking, no, I'm afraid people don't always "attack" you in some manifestation of bitter jealousy over your supposed superiority over the rest of the human race. You've simply pissed them off.
