It was originally called FLIGHT 247 or something like that, I remember seeing the teaser trailer when I watched the last Matrix movie. then they decided to change the name because it was obvious from the trailer that it was a movie about snakes on a plane. I guess they figured it best to go for straight cheese with the title.
