samuel l jackson said he would quite the movie if they changed the name from it's first draft title (snakes on a plane). they did this because having a ridiculous name would obviously make the movie gain more pr. there are already entire cults that have formed around it and it hasn't even come out yet.
no one would watch it if it wasn't called snakes on a plane.
