I'm about half-way through, but as an employee in an office building of which my father is a manager, this is great stuff. Very true.

EDIT: I finished, and I think I understand. He's proposing they examine how people react to monotonous surroundings in order to determine whether sculptural and digital art can somehow break that monotony a bit?
