Actually, Mormons & other large cults like the Jehovah's Witnesses have gained a considerable amount of credibility to their denominations & both of those are vehemently anti-U.S. Government & government in general. So, any pseudo-anarchists out there reading might just fit in to one of these cults a lot more than you'd imagine.

The guy is a BYU professor so there is a strong likelihood he is a Latter Day Saint.

I'm gonna download & view this if only to make sure that he's not somebody that only serves to poision the real truth with pure conjecture. From Tokolosh's description, I imagine this is not the case though & that the video is informative.
