As in, if you were recorded as having several conversations with a serial killer the night before a murder, there is a chance you deserve to have the calls pulled up. And if they turn out to be unrelated oblivious calls, I would expect that most people could understand the concern.
Of all the issues to complain about, this is by far the last thing on my mind. The only problem is that it's a small step towards a potentially bad ideology. But to be upset at this point is an overreaction.
