My parents used to live in California and they told me about taking trains to San Francisco from the suburbs. Damn nice system. There is a really huge booming as hell suburb a bit south of me called Cranberry, it has 3 starbucks, a target, a super-walmart, costco, you name it. God-awful hellhole. It would be a huge boom to Pittsburgh's economy to have a train between the two fucking places, but no office holders in Pennsylvania really know what to do.

Education and Transportation keep getting budget cuts in PA. The PAT Bus system has suffered, the library system has suffered. We still do have pretty highly paid teachers, meaning the kids get smart enough to figure out there are better states than Pennsylvania to live in.

And Pittsburgh keeps getting dipshit mayors that come up with dipshit ideas to make the city prosperous once again.
