One would think that since they are both old, it might be a draw.
They are both relatively fit and the same build.
Lou Reed is a meditating Buddhist though.
He does Tai Chi & studies with a master.
He may know jujitsu judo as well.
Lou Reed would win even though Dennis Hopper had quite the reputation as a brawler & fighter when he was younger.
Lou Reed would diffuse the fight & render Hopper helpless.
He would do it in quick order, inflicting only enough pain to effectively end the scuffle.
