Dennis would have to be doing something pretty fucked-up to even get Lou to fight him. He would have to be acting like Frank Booth & violently harrassing an innocent bystander or he'd have to be all up in Laurie's face or have kicked their rat terrier, Lollabelle.
At the very least, Dennis would have to throw the first shove or punch.
