The Simpsons stopped being funny awhile ago, its still amusing but considering how monumentally fucking ace it was (and still is when you see the older episodes from before about 4 years ago) its just kind of disappointing, i remember the first time I saw an episode (the one where they lose their house to carnyies) and thought 'thats just not funny' it still brings a tear to my eye when I think back, especially now the nights are drawing in.
The new series of Futurama however has me giddy, Im literally gonna be rocking back and forth hugging my knees till its aired and then I'll sit four inches from the telly with a gaping grin.
