Porkmarras, Pookie and I are going to see Glenn Branca at the Barbican on Sunday afternoon, playing as part of one of the Steve Reich birthday concerts. Before the concert, though, there's a free concert by Konono No 1, starting at 3.45, and we're going to arrive early for that. If you've nothing else to do, why don't you come and say hello?
Obviously it'd be a good idea to arrange a meeting time and place beforehand, as, contrary to popular belief, Porkie will probably not be wearing a bright red dress and slingbacks, so we will not be instantly recognisable.
