I think being ANTI fashion is a form of fashion, possibly not if you're afashion, if such a term exists.
To be actively anti-fashion means you are making a conscious decision about how you look.
And why did Minutemen have the SAME look as each other? And Minor Threat? They definitely had a LOOK.
