She doesn't have to justify anything she has worked for herself and earned legally.
Sometimes the more questionable antics that celebrities get up to are offset by the pleasure they bring to millions of people's lives. Not to mention the thousands of jobs a celebrity as big as Madonna creates around the world and the money the knock on effect generates for others.
As long as they are not harming anyone else they can do as they please without having to justify it - just like any of us can. That is what a free world is.
