I liked Dead Alive and Meet The Feebles more.
As to the Cannibal Holocaust thing, the people who made that movie (porkmarras' countrymen were making some really extreme shit in the early 70s) got into really hot water over that scene because they could not conclusively prove that it was not real. It was quite the hoo-hah.
I suppose the fact that there was definitely real animal killing in the movie didn't help matters for them.
