Ityopya is the second poorest nation in the world, and on the least developed in Africa, and yet, it is the Ethiopians who after 16 years have FINALLY stepped in militarily to support an at least "semi-legitimate" govt in Somalia, rather then the rag-tag bunch of warlords and renegades who have been running for the past two decades.
