Hmm. Ever hear of a band called "Sonic Youth"? They're this really good band with a rather large fanbase who actually treat each other, their crew, their fans, and the other bands they play with exceptionally well. Not only with respect, but outright unhip kindness and encouragement. Probably not your type of group though...
