i asked carlos giffoni about it, and he told me basically that it is technically an 18+ event but minors may be allowed in if accompanied by an adult... but if like a wave of teenies came in with one of them over 18, or with one adult they will likely be turned away. its basically up to the discreation of the venue... not his call.
