A lot of people are stuck in one era or another.
I know people that talk like they were born in the 1940s, use a shitload of pomaid, love old cars, gretsch guitars and double basses. (greaser chicks can be really hot though, so I don't know if I can blame them.)

Hardcore is pretty damn popular with the kids 'round here though. Ian Mackaye and Henry Rollins are gods to some of the yunguns in western pa.
Converting Minor Threat fans into Rites of Spring/Happy Go Licky/Fugazi fans is a long and arduous process.
