Always. It's the nature of those jobs. They're the kind of jobs that can be filled with a person that simply has a document that says they are qualified, rather than REQUIRING a person that has talent and works hard for themselves. Does that mean that no one needs to go to college? Not really, it just means that people need to go to college to look intelligent to other people who went to college. Nevermind whether anyone is ACTUALLY intelligent.
