Dr Steve Shelley PhD, BSc, MA, MCIPD

Principal Lecturer in Human Resource Management

Steve Shelley is a Principal Lecturer in Human Resource Management within the department of Human Resources and Strategy at the University of Hertfordshire Business School where he is also a member of the Centre for Research in Employment Studies (CRES). He has teaching, research and consultancy activities in the fields of learning and skills, trade unions and learning, training, Investors in People, management development, managerialism and HRM in public service organisations, and employment management in higher education.
