I think that while sex is definitely great with someone you care about emotionally, sex with someone you find physically attractive cannot be all that bad, even if you do not like the person.
Frankly, I think you should answer your own auestion by thinking of the milliopns upon millions of men AND women who have and do pay for someone to fuck, and of the millions and millions of women and men who have gotten paid to fuck someone.
it is much easier for a lady to "fake" it than a man. at least before viagra. it is hard to "fake" a hard-on. you either have one or you do not.
and I do not really think that that old man and anna nicole had sex. I think that it made him happy in his old age to have someone he found cute and sexy and adorable, and is that so bad? companionship is way way more important at age 86 than any sex.
