when we are uncomfortable that means we are ready to learn something new. if you spend your whole life "comfortable" you are in essence static, with no betterment, no improvement, no growth.

I couldn't agree with you more. I barely socialize with most people because of this reason. Most of the people in my class are like that. They all just talk about snowboarding. As I type they're blasting (what i think is) Linkin Park. I don't find too much interesting quirks about them and can't relate to them at all. Socializing with them doesn't really improve them or me in any way.
