hm maybe it's the lack of memory, i think 256megs (for the basic old ones) is too little.

now see this is the thing-- i like the mac OS buy paying $600 for the hardware of an imac mini and then having to upgrade memory etc reeks of ripoff to my builder's instincts.

the day i can put together my own machine & then slap mac OS on it as if it were linux, im switching on the spot.

aghagh agh... im hungry, i gotta get breakfast.
