I thought that at first. I wondered if he just had such a severe OCD problem with litter that he couldn't bear to see it on the ground. but if he had such a severe problem with litter, he would have reached a threshold where the litter in his car became a problem.

words do not do justice to the volume of trash in this car. the guy in the back seat was sitting on a pile that reached to the top of the seat! it was literally a MOUNTAIN of trash.
