i don't really think it does any good because there hasn't been a damn bit of change since we got the right to vote, which was almost 90 years ago. the story's the same, it's just been modernized. gender roles are the same as they've always been and they'll always be this way. i don't think my ideas are "defeatist", i think they're "realistic".
