and no I didn't google it. I remember the damn commercial word for word. I was a huge couch potato back then and it really sticks out in my memory. Burroughs says " The basic unit in technology is not the bit. The basic unit is YOU. A shoe that glistens in the moonlight. The basic unit in technology is not the bit... but the BODY " His face is shown on a TV screen in a store window, and there are shots of an athlete jogging through alley ways. And there's a harmonica playing in the background.
I just checked google, and the commercial does not exist on the internet. I know you were just giving me a hard time, I'm just saying the reason I remember is because I have a very good memory. I can recite like, whole commercials and tv show openings from back then, it scares me.
