Yep to both, Ronaldo (milan's Ronaldo) can't play in champions league's matches coz he already played with real madrid in this league and it's not permitted to play for different teams in the same CL.

Rooney is a great and fast player, but imo kaką has a superior elegance (maybe he's the player with the most beautiful style, and i'm not speaking of ronaldinho's amazing tricks, just of pure useful playing style).
