They would come here legally if they could, but when you are in poverty and your kids suffering, what can you do? File paperwork on the us embassy and wait 2,4,5 years in poverty for your name to be picked out of a hat. Because that's what it is a lottery system to be able to get into the u.s legally. And most who could wait are the upper class in these countries such as mexico, el salvador, guatemala. So tell me if any of you would file paperwork and wait for so many years in poverty while your kids are dying?
