I see it as maybe De La Hoya knocks him out in the ninth or tenth...sixth would be great though...maybe Oscar scores the first knock-down against Mayweather in the sixth.
The Golden Boy had been out of boxing for a couple of years when he took the challenge of countryman Fernando Vargas that had ran his mouth about how Oscar was a "pretty boy" and not a "true Mexican fighter." At that time, back in 2002, De La Hoya returned to the ring for huge box office and was also met with incredulousness. But he proved himself and withstood persistent punishment in the process. It's now five years later. Oscar himself has made this whole event happen. He's ready (again).
