I know that feeling. Our AM signal at
KPSU is leased from the Portland School Districts, who are
stricter than the FCC. And there's this jerk from the school station who's in charge of the contract, listening all the time with hopes of busting us and suspending us or shutting us down for good. Probably 2/3s of what I play is instrumental anyway, but you forget about stuff like Sun City Girls tracks where they go off with tourettes syndrome sessions in
the middle of a song and stuff. I've definitely had some stuff slip through that made me sweat out the rest of the week wondering if I still had a show, or for that matter a station, a few times.
