ohh, when japanese music (especially pop) tries to imitate western commercial stuff (like shitty mall pop punk, r&b and mainstream rap) it's some of the most awful shit ever.
there's this anime channel here and every half hour they put music videos in between and mostly always it's some japanese destiny's child rip off girl group or crappy "emo" pop punks or justin timberlake-like dancing pretty boys, very watered down.
makes me pray for puffy amiyumi.
