The way you state your opinions in a confrontational/self-righteous manner (*whoever* sucks ass, shit like "fatty mcfatkins", your strong dependancy on sarcasm) is what leads me to think you are a douchebag.
Superficial comes from the fact that people wouldn't usually care enough to go out of their way to call someone ugly. Meet any high school drama queen and they'll tell you who's ugly (often with the same reason you use "everybody thinks she's hot"). Grow up.
