I guess Petrzalka is certainly something that sticks with you when you're in Bratislava. Also for me it was the first time I saw old-school communist Plattenbau architecture. It's weird that I just realised that I only know the German term for it. I don't even know if there's a dutch word for it (which doesn't mean we don't have plenty of ugly appartments blocks ourselves though!)
What is that thing behind the bridge and is it finished or is it still in progress? The last time I was in Bratislava was about 10 years ago so I'm sure a lot of it will look different now. Maybe I'll get to see it again someday.
