So Porter Goss resigns after only 19 months on the job. The adminstration said he resigned. Right, that means he was fired. Lots of speculation on shaking up the CIA and making it more partisan. Now, even tho Porter is very partisan, he had a few too many disagreements with Negroponte. The CIA is supposed to be independant, of course, but not with GW, Cheney, and Rummy in town.
