All headlines could be described as sensationalist. Headlines are designed to grap attention. I dont think the headlines are particularly sensational. Certainly the layout is colourful and the wording of headlines is eye-catching but its not the same as what the tabloids and middle markets do. And aside from the headlines the paper has a number of talented writers. Anyway I read the Guardian, its Arts coverage is much better.
