and damn, i've been using the DADGAD tuning for awhile now not knowing that he was using it... i wouldn't have thought he'd be using T's pavement-esque tuning on those two recordings on Important Records from listening to them, however i'd imagine his technique is much different. On a good portion of the recordings its hard to figure who is doing what and there's alot of beauty in that. Love the interaction w/ Pete Nolan who is another one of my fav. drummers on the scene along w/ Corsano...

btw, received the Bark Haze cassette that was recently released with the splendid Maya Miller artwork its a recording from ATP 2006 (sounds like a different mix/recording than the one floating around the net/Dime wherever else) and totally worth it.
