I would think survivor would me that we "vote off" tracks and see what is left.

Anyways, I'm cutting through the shit and ranking them.
1. Teen Age Riot (it also happens to be one of the best songs of all time)
2. Candle (beautiful and then the perfect noise freak out)
3. Eric's Trip (the "this is Eric's trip" part is just too beautifully noisy epic)
4. 'Cross the Breeze (easily one of the coolest songs they've ever written)
5. The Sprawl (the real message of the album, sprawling chords that shimmer) and Hyperstation (they both have the sprawling thing goin)
6. Hey Joni (I love the sudden beginning and the Hendrix imagery yeah)
7. Eliminator Jr. (see 'Cross the Breeze)
8. Providence (piano on fire, enough said)
9. The Wonder (classic Thurston)
10. Kissability (classic Kim)
11. Rain King (classic Ranaldo)
12. Silver Rocket (pounding but I always thought the lyrics weren't as up to par with the rest)
13. Total Trash (funny that this one comes last, it's a great song but doesn't really leave anything lasting for me)

Needless to say, I love them all.
