I can't see this being all that good. Monster films usually end up overwrought with digital effects (the last American Godzilla movie was lame) and pays so much attention on the monster that it gets superficial and cliched. If Abrams sticks with the style of the teaser, it might be interesting but extremely hard to keep from getting boring and overly suspenseful.
I can't wait to hear more.
