my fav. hip hop stuff is typical shit white folks say...tribe, public enemy, mos def, OLD SCHOOL low rider snoop n' dre shit.

basically stuff my babysitters were prolly into when i was a kid.

it's cool. i like that shit, too. the reason i don't like jay-z is because he doesn't take any time to write his lyrics, so there's no substance. and it's not like other commercial rap, where at least the beats appeal to me, so i generally skip anything with his name on it.
