I use two post offices regularly. One in my home town, and the one in my work town.
The one in my home town is great. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
I visit the post office in the town where I work only if I really
have to. They are the total opposite. It's like pulling teeth, getting information out of them.
And on one occasion, I went in with about 10 parcels to post, and when I got to the counter noticed that one of my parcels had started to come undone. I asked for a bit of sellotape andI was told I'd have to buy some from the PO shop and then re-queue.
As you can tell, this incident has stayed with me
