Just say fuck it all and take a vacation, go on a road trip, or something...
It worked for me.
Some friends and I went to paris a week ago, it was nice to get away from it all for a couple of days.
I'll be celebrating my birthday there next month.
I must say that i'm looking forward to spending it alone with the company of some random strangers.
