Ah, see, the interesting thing about this thread is that, given the international nature of cheeses, we get to find out what 'regular' means in different countries - for instance, in the UK it's Cheddar, but Slavo has just said that his country has a different 'regular' cheese. Incidentally, I live not far from Cheddar, and the Cheddar you get elsewhere is entirely different to Cheddar in Cheddar, ie, Cheddar Cheddar is better.
