_slavo_, calm down dude. Please. You only get ten poll options on this forum - I've appealed for more, but to no avail. The job of poll-maker demands ruthlessness in one's selection policies. There's something like 700 types of British cheese alone according to the British Cheese Council, so you can see my dilemma.

What does Bryndza taste like? Are there any similar British cheeses.

And when are you going to post somemore of your ambient stuff?
