No one should
expect it to be "nice", that's true. Life rarely conforms to one's expectations, after all, but that is no reason not to try & use the internet as a tool to distribute accurate information.
The internet affords a rapid way to disseminate information between parties from all over the globe.
If everyone is trying to one-up each other & be a smart-alec jerk all the time, then how is it that much communication can happen?
