No. Couldn't care less is a way of saying how little you care. It doesn't necessarily mean you literally care as little as you possibly could. It's just a way of making a point. Same as saying you
hate something, when really you don't, like I hate the way Americans screw up the English language. I don't actually hate it...wait a minute, bad example.
